INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICE:

Connection Lead Time
Lead time to install and connect your wired connection is approximately one (1) to SEVEN (7) days upon payment of the One Time Cost and submission of all required supporting documents subject to the availability of equipment.

Technical Support
XTREME Network shall extend top priority to your establishment in terms of maintenance, technical support through 24/7 Customer Service Help Desk.

Product Support
Product will be given 7 days replacement period upon installation and 12 months warranty on parts and services.

Important:
This proposal is valid for a period of (30) thirty days from receipt and subject to the availability of facilities for the provisioning of the service.

MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD

Minimum of at least ONE (1) year from date of connection and services.Pre-termination of the contract is subject to penalty charges equivalent to the Monthly Recurring Cost multiplied by the remaining balance of the contract.
